Job Description


  • Design, plan, execute and monitor both always-on and promotional online campaigns across various Social / Google & Search channels
  • Drive market-leading ROI and analyse the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and the regional marketing team to deliver a full-funnel marketing campaign
  • Work with the Marketing Analytics team to understand tracking and attribution in order to measure the importance and effects of digital campaigns accurately
  • Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing & refining of new initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends on Social / Google & Search channels and digital marketing and be well versed in the various components for success in digital marketing
  • Lead and mentor the Account Management team to achieve overall goals, best practices and alignment across multiple stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major
  • Minimally 5 years of solid hands-on experience in performance marketing on Social / Google & Search
  • Prior experience with people management is a plus
  • Mobile App user acquisition experience is a plus
  • Passion for advertising and performance marketing, with a good understanding of internet advertising technologies, including the tracking and attribution model
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
  • Experience with a start-up environment is desired
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, have an eye for details and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in an additional language (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Portuguese) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region will be an added advantage
