ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Role Description
The primary responsibilities are to be in charge of a specific % of revenue growth on a yearly basis; building strong client relationships, make a proven difference to the client’s business, and for overall client happiness. A Director leads a high performing team with responsibility for its people, clients and business delivery and growth. They are also accountable for supervising the entire delivery process, results, client engagement and consultancy, providing insightful, improved market intelligence to new and existing clients. As part of the management team, responsibilities include business development, people management and financial management along with business strategy implementation.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead accounts to be responsible for the team deliver all account results while working to agreed budgets, and course-corrects where required
• Ensure all results meet client needs and generate strong insight and impact for clients business
• Craft appropriate solutions to drive significant insight for clients’ needs and their business
• Formulate, articulate and validate hypotheses to help build appropriate, relevant and impactful stories
• Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients. Deliverables and analysis conducted applies this knowledge and commercial implications and realities.
• Deliver effective advice and consultancy for your clients
• Lead and develop a high performing and engaged team with 1-3 direct line reports and builds a culture which fosters teamwork, growth and learning
• Build positive relationships and deliver to account responsibilities sufficiently to retain clients and maintain existing business
Role Requirements
• Proven Experience in Market research or Consumer Insights within agencies or end-users
• At least 8-10 years progressive experience
• Experience in directing a team and mentoring
• Strong communications and presentation skills
