Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new clients via direct sales activities, on-site marketing/ roadshows or via employee lists provided by corporation
  • Create and maintain relationships to offer and sell Personal Loans, Payroll account, credit cards…
  • Work closely with related support functions and Branches to ensure out-served offering and services continuously delivered to the customers.
  • Meet the business sales growth plan by achieving personal target.

Skills And Experience

  • Sales experience of banking products is required
  • Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and difficult situations
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Highly results-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong time management skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptability to any changes
