We are looking for a dynamic Boutique Manager to lead the operations of an exclusive ultra-luxury boutique in Hanoi. Responsibilities and Duties:


Leadership and Team Development:


  • Lead a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Uphold brand standards with clear expectations and feedback.
  • Identify training needs and enhance skills.
  • Recognize high performance and recruit top talent.

Sales and Performance Management:


  • Drive sales through strategic planning, goal setting, and collaboration with the support team to boost traffic, sales, and client KPIs.

  • Analyze market and sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Recommend store upgrades to increase sales and market share.

Customer ExperienceΒ 


  • Create a luxurious store atmosphere that reflects brand values.
  • Train staff to offer personalized service for a unique shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices in customer service and collaborate with CRM to enhance client relationships.
  • Use feedback to improve the customer experience and identify enhancement opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Coach sales team in building and nurture lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Actively work with CRM team to drive for bespoke services, such as personalized shopping experiences and exclusive previews, to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the client relationship building assignment of the team.
  • Closely follow up all client KPIs.

Operation Excellence:


  • Oversee store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure efficiency, adherence to brand's standards, and high presentation.
  • Manage staff schedules, streamline processes, and implement risk prevention measures.
  • Take responsibility for Profit and Loss and submit reports in line with KPIs and policies.

Compliance and Standards:


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining the integrity of the brand.
  • Address compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury retail management, preferably with a premium fashion brand.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a history of building and inspiring effective teams.
  • High integrity, keen attention to detail, openness to new ideas, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business insight and analytical abilities to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unique shopping experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
