Business Academy from NAB Vietnam is an initiative focusing on providing business context, bringing our employees closer to our customers via uplifting business competency, transfer domain knowledge across multiple programs, create opportunities for colleagues to speak with NAB bankers and front line roles to gain insights and have better understanding the customers’ needs for continuous improvement.
The Business Academy Manager will establish & implement a seamless learning, training, and capability development experience for our colleagues by designing and building our content delivery mechanism, platforms, methods, and channels.
The Business Academy Manager will work with stakeholders and multiple business domains to bring the voice of our customers to our colleagues, identify learning needs from our teams, and deliver on the vision and roadmap aligning with NAB Vietnam and our global strategy.
The role includes responsibilities to manage stakeholders, assure a high level of transparency and visibility, and report on key deliveries.
The Business Academy Manager will have to be able to utilise their strong communication skill and their ability to inspire targeted learners and influence their team members while engaging with stakeholders to achieve desirable outcomes.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategizing and Planning – build visions, create roadmap, and determine major milestones for delivery. Scope and build framework to prioritize deliveries based on target users’ needs and stakeholders’ demands
- Customer Obsession – have strong understanding of customer centric design, a high level of research capability, and the ability to translate customer and market needs into ideas and initiatives
- Knowledge Management – have strong understanding of knowledge management and capability development, can conduct learning need analysis, build learners’ journey map, and cater data driven solutions based on users’ needs and alignment with our global strategy.
- Stakeholder Management – manage expectations, measure impacts, and present achievements. Negotiate with stakeholders and build senior leader relationship to assure alignment and engagement.
- Leadership and People Management – manage, coordinate, prioritize, and define shared goals and outcomes, leadership of a fluid squad of proactive members,
- Project Management – define scope and manage resources across multiple different projects based our defined goals and strategy
- Risk and Governance Management – ensure all our programs comply to financial service regulatory and understand technology risk management and vulnerabilities.
- Documentations, Measurement, and Reporting – enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success/learnings. Capture and report on metrics for key areas, provide mechanism for feedback loops and NPS requirements.
- Accountable for business capability and domain knowledge development delivery platforms, methods, and channels
- Accountable for strategy, plan, and roadmap for business capability and domain knowledge development via our platforms and channels
- Accountable for measurement of the results of the learning programs
- Accountable for engagement with stakeholders to identify areas of learning opportunities and needs
- Accountable for reporting of key metrics to stakeholders.Responsible for fostering organizational synergy for key stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
- Experience in building, designing, and running dedicated training program for large organization
- Experience in knowledge management and content creation management within a regulated environment.
- Experience with Knowledge Management System and Learning Management System such as Success Factors in a corporate setting.
- Experience with financial industry and financial institution
- Experience with customer centric design, ideation, and execution
Capabilities
- Strong stakeholder and engagement experience. Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business and technology management.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights and provide recommendations.
- A solid understanding in product management methodologies, tools and processes across the product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes.
- Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team.
- Knowledge/expertise in managing resource/capacity management tools.
- Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals in line with domain cadence.
- Proven experience with highly human-centric design
