Strategize portfolio segmentation and optimize portfolio profitability while achieving business scale goals
Acquire new customers from internal platforms and external channels, optimizing return on investment in the acquisition process
Responsible for credit product management; design financial features such as pricing, repayment plan, revolving credit and so forth
Handle existing customer management, increase conversion rate and product usage using campaigns and other effective tools
Implement market research to understand trends, work closely with risk, IT and other teams to form business planning and drive sustainable growth
Improve user experience and product efficiency for greater customer satisfaction
Optimize operation flows and build SOP for product operations
Requirements
Bachelorβs degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics and other related fields
2-8 years of experience, preferably in consumer/digital/SME lending, or similar retail financial products.
A builder mindset with strong experience in customer management, ideally with consulting firms, internet, fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
Proven data analytics expertise to drive informed decision-making.
Strong problem solving skills, proactive, to-do attitude and take initiative in action.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) is a strong advantage to collaborate across the region.
