About The Team


The Channel Partnerships team in Singapore is responsible for driving customer acquisition through partnerships with accountants, corporate secretaries, implementation partners, and the startup ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills to support the growth of our channel partnerships in Singapore, specifically within the accountant and corporate secretary verticals.


What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, acquire, and activate accountants and corporate secretaries as channel partners.
  • Onboard channel partners and educate them on the Airwallex product suite, empowering them to promote the Airwallex product.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with all key partner stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop and execute innovative initiatives and campaigns to increase partner engagement, generate client referrals, and achieve scalable growth across partner segments.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including legal, strategy, operations, finance, and other sales functions where required to ensure partners and their referrals receive exceptional support and a frictionless experience.

  • You are relatable and effective at communicating and managing relationships with external partners.
  • Candidates with a strong network of accountants and corporate secretaries in Singapore, Southeast Asia and/or South Asia will have a strong advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in partnership, sales, marketing or business development. Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills. Ability to write and speak Vietnamese or Mandarin is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience with tools including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience working in tech or a high-growth startup is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with accountants and corporate secretaries in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and/or South Asia or prior experience as an accountant is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
