Position Title: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Role Overview:
As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Golden Communication Group, you will lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, focusing on integrated marketing communications (IMC) and brand development services. With a deep understanding of emerging market trends and innovations, you will consult business units on effective strategies, oversee the ideation and launch of new products and services, and drive revenue growth through innovative and actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Consulting for IMC & Brand Services
- Partner with business unit leaders to consult on IMC and brand development services, identifying and implementing strategies to maximize client satisfaction and brand impact. Provide expertise on market positioning, brand differentiation, and competitive strategies.
Innovation & Product Development
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of new products and service offerings that align with current market trends and client needs. Research and assess market opportunities, guiding product development from concept through launch.
Growth Strategy & Revenue Optimization
- Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to enhance the company's market share and profitability. Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate growth initiatives' performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure target achievement. Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and drive revenue streams.
Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to inform business strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Use insights from data and analytics to drive decision-making and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years in strategic roles within the marketing, advertising or brand consulting sectors, with a proven track record in IMC, brand development and product innovation.
- Experience in Brand Marketing Management at large corporations is a plus.
