As a Client Service Agent at Flipster


We are seeking a Client Servicing Agent to join the Flipster operations team. The ideal candidate must possess a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, basic knowledge of financial products and exchange services. In this role, you will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange related enquiries, account registration and account management related enquiries, promotion and event enquiries, troubleshooting platform issues and managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries.



Responsibilities


  • Handling user enquiries including:
  • Account registration and account management
  • KYC related enquiries
  • Promotion and Event related enquiries
  • Wallet and Asset related enquiries
  • Managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders


Qualifications


  • Business-level proficiency in both Vietnamese and English to liaise with Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders
  • Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
  • Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Preferred


  • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
  • Community management or support experience
  • Experience working at a high growth startup/tech company
