Who we are: Wavemaker Impact is a pioneering climate tech venture builder within Wavemaker Partners that collaborates with experienced founders and senior-level operators with early-stage experience in high-growth startups.
Our mission is ambitious: To launch innovative companies aimed at reducing 10% of the global carbon budget. We collaborate with experienced entrepreneurs who have a proven track record in building and scaling businesses. Our expert team has identified over 50 high-potential opportunity areas for ventures that can generate $100 million in annual revenue while reducing 100 metric tons of carbon.
The process:

This is not a traditional program; there are no groups or cohorts. Instead, you will join us full-time for a 4-6 month period as a founder in residence.

We start on a blank canvas. You won't find advanced ideas or polished ventures ready for funding, We invite leaders who are ready to co-found ventures in alignment to your passions, allowing you to build something meaningful from the ground up.

We invest in you from day one. You’ll be provided with a dedicated team of venture builders who will work alongside you to ideate, validate, and launch your startup. This team is not a shared resource; they are your personal collaborators.

You’re an experienced founder and/or operator: Having successfully navigated the startup landscape before, you are eager to embark on this journey again.

Mission aligned: You strongly believe in the urgency of addressing climate issues, and are committed to creating scalable solutions.

Open minded: We’re not looking for a pitch deck. We seek open-minded individuals willing to approach limitless possibilities without preconceived notions.

You’re ready: You should be in a position to commit time and resources, recognizing that while we provide a stipend, building a business requires being in the right financial position.
