ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking motivated Head of Digital Product, you will be a key leader in driving product innovation and excellence within the Digital Domain. Operating at the forefront of product management, you will lead and mentor product teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key accountabilities
- Developing and executing product strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs, driving product innovation and differentiation.
- Leading product roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and managing trade-offs effectively.
- Serving as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build product capability across Digital and NAB
- Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
Key Decisions
- Overseeing product development and launch activities
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution
- Analysing market trends and customer feedback to leverage growth opportunities
- Managing product performance and making data-driven decisions
- Identify initiatives and programs that require support i.e. dedicated project management resource, additional investment, improved project governance
- Ensure that risks and issues are effectively identified, reported and a resolution is established.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of product management experience preferred.
- Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes
- Budget, cost and profitability management skills.
- Knowledge of resource management tools.
- Flexible, adaptable and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to establish and manage a high‐performance team.
- Motivated to build relationships at executive levels across NAB
- Deep knowledge of Digital from both a customer and colleague lens
- Tertiary qualification(s), ideally in a financial or business/tech-related discipline
