1) Responsibilities:


Strategy:


  • Lead the development of OnPoint’s corporate strategy, including long-term goals, growth initiatives, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement business strategies aligned with company vision and market trends.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats, guiding decision-making at the executive level.
  • Drive the annual strategic planning process and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Provide strategic insights to support M&A activities, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of strategic initiatives, adjusting course as necessary to meet corporate objectives.

Incubation:


  • Manage and oversee project teams responsible for incubating new business concepts, ensuring the delivery of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and business opportunities through structured testing and validation frameworks.
  • Lead the transition from incubation to scale-up, ensuring projects are ready for operational handover to business units or commercialization.
  • Build cross-functional teams, leveraging both internal and external resources to support project success.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, vendors, and experts to supplement internal capabilities and accelerate project timelines.
  • Manage the incubation budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while driving innovation and growth.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in incubated projects and provide mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of incubation projects with broader business goals.

2) Requirements:


  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record in incubating, piloting, and scaling new products or business ventures.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and growth strategies.
  • Fluency in AI applications and their applications in improving business processes and product innovation.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a track record of navigating challenges and delivering successful results.
