As the Head of Top Brands Partnerships and Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of MoMo’s Offline Business. What you will do

Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from top brands. Build win-win, strong, and long-term partnerships that align with MoMo’s business objectives and enhance the company’s market position;

Business Development: Lead efforts to onboard new merchants and grow existing merchants, negotiate terms, and secure agreements that drive business growth. Identify opportunities to expand MoMo’s merchant network and increase market penetration;

Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to inform partnership strategies and product development;

Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative merchant solutions tailored to the needs of each group of merchants. Ensure these solutions are seamlessly integrated into merchants’ existing systems;

Product and Service Optimization: Continuously assess the performance of MoMo’s solutions with top brands, gather feedback, and work with product teams to enhance features and functionalities;

Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of partnership and solution professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration;
What you will need

Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles within fintech, technology, or related industries. Proven track record of working with top brands and managing large-scale partnerships;

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making;

Product mindset for solution development and implementation. Ability to acquire new skills fast and adapt to a new mindset;

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team. Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are a plus;

Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
