Are you an experienced professional in cross-border investments, private equity, M&A transactions, and valuations looking for a new opportunity? Andersen Vietnam is seeking Experienced Professionals to join their HCMC team at the Senior Consultant level within the Consulting Practice Area. In this role, you will help investors optimize their capital by identifying market opportunities, conducting due diligence, and creating value plans.
The role involves
- Helping international investors (private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporate, family offices, individuals etc.) in making connections with project developers and implementing joint ventures and M&A transactions. This translates for you into screening to identify market opportunities, due diligence to confirm the targets, or value creation Plans to determine developments.
- Significantly contribute to the development of our expertise and support our ambitious growth targets
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a big 4 or leading strategy consultancy firm with knowledge of M&A, private equity and valuations work
- Experience solving complex business problems and devising business strategies, through formulating research and/or analytical approaches involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills and written and spoken English
- Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities and business judgement
- Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
