Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager, Sales & Business Intelligence at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam.



What will you do?


This position encompasses the following main responsibilities:


1.     Parts Sales Strategy


·       Prepare annual Market Alignment Discussion (MAD) and operative planning (OP).


·       Define monthly sales and P&L planning.


·       Develop Customer Services Bonus Model


·       Negotiate parts expectations with dealerships.


·       Monitor dealership performance and manage discount budgets.


·       Identify market potential and implement sales measures.


2.     Business Intelligence Analysis


·       Submit daily/weekly reports, month-end reports, and follow up on dealer performance.


·       Forecast monthly parts sales and implement measures to achieve targets.


·       Track dealer achievements and manage CS bonus payments.


·       Manage statistical analysis and KPI reporting tools.


·       Oversee CS Dealer Score Card and Recognition Program.


3.     CS Pricing Strategy & Calculation


·       Implement pricing and conduct price surveys.


·       Define discount policies and adjust prices in IMS.


·       Propose and implement special price offers and clearance sales.


4.     Dealer CS Business Monitoring and Cross-Function Tasks


·       Manage payments to dealers.


·       Plan CS network capacity and update credit limits.


·       Coordinate initial stock orders and launch new CS products.


·       Assist in network development and dealership setup.


·       Conduct off-site audits and train dealer staff.


·       Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
