Partnership Manager, WWDR Vietnam

Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations (WWDR) team works every day to provide the services, resources, and mentorship that enable the world’s most dynamic developer community to stretch the limits of their imaginations and bring the next big app idea to Apple’s platforms to customers across the globe.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our Worldwide Developer Relations (WWDR) team for Southeast Asia, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You will work directly with developers in this growing and vibrant market, to deliver fun and compelling apps and games experiences to our customers. You will also serve as the evangelist for Apple’s development tools, platforms, frameworks, and services in Vietnam. This role involves public presentations, cross-functional collaboration within Apple, and working directly with developers to help them adopt the core system frameworks and APIs that power the platform experience on Apple devices.

Description

- Work with App and Game developers to bring their apps and innovations to Apple devices across Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Vision Pro, Apple TV, and Apple Watch.

- Go deep with leading developers, understanding their roadmaps, and influencing at senior levels.

- Collaborate with Apple teams to discover and incubate developers and raise the app quality bar and deliver outstanding experience for the domestic and global market.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive developer community strategy for Vietnam that aligned with the business priorities and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8 years of apps or games business development, product management or technology evangelism experience.
• Technical fluency with the ability to translate features into consumer and developer benefits.
• Native proficiency in Vietnamese and business-level fluency in English.
• Bachelor or equivalent degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, software engineering, or information technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of industry trends in the app developer market in Vietnam.
• Effective and influential communicator to envision and engage all levels of partners, ranging from software engineers, product managers to technical and business decision-makers.
• Experience working for or with a global organization in technology or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills - works well across teams internationally.
• Ability to continually prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, fast paced environment.
