Project Manager (Creative Marketing Asset)

Job Purpose


As a member of the Gameloft Creative Agency in Saigon, the Creative Project Manager will report to the Creative Agency Lead and will be responsible for providing support to the Lead as relates to Content, and production pipeline. Their goal will be to facilitate communication and follow up with the entire team and stakeholders regarding the various stages of the production process.


Main Responsibilities


Project Management:


  • Assist with all creative projects from inception to completion. This includes monitoring trackers for announcements and key dates, checking deadlines and helping team members with resources and information.
  • Manage and maintain task creation in the relevant tools in order to supervise team members' work (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
  • Follow up on the stages and due dates in order to ensure the delivery of various items, iterations, concept work, and versions.
  • Ensure project goals, stages and sprints are achieved, as defined by the Lead.
  • Support the Lead and Team in defining priorities and assign them accordingly.
  • Review incoming creative briefs, assets, and ad products and assign requests to artists.

System Management:


  • Manage the systems and ensure are set-up for efficient team workflows. Implement systems changes to reflect workflow and processes optimizations as needed.

Asset Creation Management and Feedback:


  • Assist the lead in providing feedback on asset creation to maintain creative standards in the team if needed.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and agreed convention.

Communication & Teams Collaboration:


  • Facilitate and keep strong communication and collaboration of Creative Agency team with the other cross-functional teams including, UA, game team, marketing, and other departments.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Process Development:


  • Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and procedures.
  • Gather and assess production data to develop and improve workflow systems and communication.
  • Contribute to ad creative team strategic initiatives and projects.

Training and Development:


  • Assist the lead in providing training and growth to team members skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and setting the example in terms of work ethic.

About you

  • University degree in management or a related field.
  • Relevant production experience in the video-game industry or in visual assets pipeline production.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with Creative Production Management software’s ( eg: Jira, Trello, Adobe, etc).
  • To be adaptable and be able to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games is an asset.
  • Previous experience delivering an entire project from development to release is an asset.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good deductive skills, with the ability to convey information and data in a clear, relevant fashion.
  • Organized, thorough, and able to supervise different projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable of, and up to date on, market trends.
  • Dedicated, with a positive attitude.
