The role of the Analyst/Senior Analyst – Research and Consulting Services is to remain up to date in the property sector and be on top of all transactional data and any information that might affect any particular sector/s within the industry.


The role will involve preparing/supporting the production of quality quarterly and bespoke research reports as directed. Through effective systems and time management, the Analyst/Senior Analyst will be able to complete all tasks as allocated. The Analyst/Senior Analyst will work closely with the Team Leader to maintain client relationships by providing quality customer service and exceptional report standards.

About the Role: 



  • Conduct research and manage data collection (via the Internet, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary sources/databases, articles, and news) on assigned destinations.
  • Build financial models and perform financial feasibility studies for development projects.
  • Create proposals, capabilities statements, track records, and other materials necessary for submission to clients in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of the general market and/or project-specific to clients and the public regularly
  • Ensure property data input is of the highest quality.


About You: 



  • Interest in real estate preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of proficiency in communication and writing in English and Vietnamese.
