The Data Analyst will be the analysis arm of new initiatives for the Ads platform and support business stakeholders in making the right product and operation decisions;
Collaborate with the Product team to understand business challenges, use data to justify assumptions & hypotheses, make predictions and forecast on new products or features' impact on business;
Identify the right metrics to measure new products and/or features. Design AB test sample & methodology;
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor post-launch performance. Make suggestions for product adjustments if needed.
👾 What you will need
Bachelor's degree in related fields;
Prefer education in business analytics, and economics. Knowledge of digital advertising is a big plus;
5+ years of professional work experience, preferably in product operations or data analysis;
At least 3+ year of experience in SQL, nice to have in Python;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information;
Good teamwork & communication skills. Able to collaborate with business teams to understand business challenges and impacts;
Experienced in database tools. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
