We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.
The Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors Business Development is an active team member who contributes to sales targets and opportunity generation and closing with Mastercard Advisors clients. Whilst this individual is not expected to be a subject matter expert in the payment cards industry, they will demonstrate expertise in consulting sales management experience and professional problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for business development and ongoing account ownership for Mastercard Services with direct revenue, account ownership and sales responsibilities.
• Refine the value proposition of new and existing Services capabilities to meet the needs of digital merchant and fintech executives.
• Will serve as the face of Mastercard Services to senior level client stakeholders, including C-Suite Executives.
• Responsible for driving coordination within Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams across Services business lines and value propositions, focused on the above defined client vertical.
• Take ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to executing commercial contracts, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales cycles.
• Will collaborate closely with other team members and bring an innovative and creative mind set to partnering with key accounts.
• Will work closely with Client Services teams for an effective joint go to market and to ensure best-in-class value delivery
Experience
Proven consulting experience at a top-rated firm or equivalent business management experience and internal consulting experience in banks, fintech, F&B, e-commerce and technology firms
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
Professional level English language capability is required and business Vietnam language capabilities will be preferred
Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to interpret large amounts of data, some of it ambiguous, and translate it into concise rational output that includes recommendations based upon core findings.
Strong presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written
Excellent client management & engagement management skills
Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced.
