Meta's Small Business Sales team is seeking a Sales Program Manager to drive growth in key APAC markets, primarily focusing on Vietnam with potential expansion to other South East Asia markets in the future.
This role involves directly understanding advertisers' needs in priority markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Meta's Small Business Group to create and set up targeted sales initiatives addressing these needs, enabling frontline agents with localized go-to-market activations that complement existing global sales programs.
Small Business Group Regional Sales Manager, Growth Markets (Vietnam) Responsibilities
- Lead and influence in partnership with cross-functional global and regional teams (product, marketing, marketing science, data science, SSPO, etc.) to develop sales programs accelerating revenue growth in priority markets.
- Develop, execute, and optimize global and regional sales strategies to enhance Meta's performance for advertisers in the market
- Provide data-driven and qualitative insights, representing and driving feedback from sales teams and advertisers to internal partners and vendors
- Design and execute regional sales programs for growth markets in partnership with scaled marketing, 1:1 sales & program teams to drive quarter-over-quarter growth in revenue, product adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze program effectiveness, drive action and thought leadership on enabling advertisers growth across spend tiers, and create a global playbook on localizing sales initiatives in priority markets
- Manage multiple work-streams to drive business growth with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management
- Experience collaborating and communicating with and influencing across regional and global partners
- Problem-solving skills, with the experience to synthesize data or pick up trends from qualitative analysis, validate hypothesis and drive executive-level insight and recommendations
- Powerful storytelling and communication skills, experience to influence senior leadership and establish trusted relationships across teams
- Experience dealing with ambiguity successfully and business development in a fast-paced, fast-growing, and dynamic environment
- Experience managing projects and programs
- Sales or marketing experience within South East Asia markets
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential for success in this role as the sales program manager will interact with businesses whose usual business language is Vietnamese and English
