Role Impact


As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you'll lead the revenue expansion within our existing client portfolio. This role combines strategic account management with data-driven decision-making to maximize client value and drive sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Account Development (40%)


  • Design and execute data-driven strategies to expand revenue within key accounts
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop account-specific growth plans focusing on credit package optimization
  • Lead proactive retention strategies to maintain and grow client relationships

Client Success & Engagement (30%)


  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at partner/director level
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' knowledge acquisition needs
  • Drive adoption and usage of Arches' services across client organizations
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless project delivery

Team Leadership & Analytics (30%)


  • Lead a team of associates in analyzing client usage patterns and growth opportunities
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators for account growth
  • Develop and execute targeted reactivation campaigns
  • Create data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders and clients

Your Profile


Essential Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in consulting, market research, or expert networks
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
  • Team leadership experience with demonstrated success in driving results

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with expert networks or consulting services
  • Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Track record of implementing successful retention strategies
