Role Impact
As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you'll lead the revenue expansion within our existing client portfolio. This role combines strategic account management with data-driven decision-making to maximize client value and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Development (40%)
Design and execute data-driven strategies to expand revenue within key accounts
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Develop account-specific growth plans focusing on credit package optimization
Lead proactive retention strategies to maintain and grow client relationships
Client Success & Engagement (30%)
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at partner/director level
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' knowledge acquisition needs
Drive adoption and usage of Arches' services across client organizations
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless project delivery
Team Leadership & Analytics (30%)
Lead a team of associates in analyzing client usage patterns and growth opportunities
Implement and monitor key performance indicators for account growth
Develop and execute targeted reactivation campaigns
Create data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
Your Profile
Essential Qualifications
3+ years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in consulting, market research, or expert networks
Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
Team leadership experience with demonstrated success in driving results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with expert networks or consulting services
Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
Track record of implementing successful retention strategies
