You’ll create impact by
- Develop networks and deploy all sales activities in focused verticals/territories to identify the business opportunities, maximize the offerings and achieve the sales target.
- Establish and nurture relationships with relevant channels (consultants, EPCs, partners and end-users) to secure the efficient road to market.
- Project/market scanning to map key players/stakeholders and outline the approach.
- Well understand customers’ needs and pain points in order to promote appropriate products/solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and marketing: implement SI EA strategies and initiatives to ensure the sustainable business within the assigned verticals and areas.
- Market coverage: proactively lead the sales process (identify & qualify, influence & develop) and maintain the proper coverage in focused markets.
- Opportunity management: develop approach and action plans towards customers in early stage; coordinate with Portfolio & Offer team and collaborate with other BU/Division as well as external channels to ensure the comprehensive offerings presented and proposed. Closely follow up on quotation/customer’s queries... to ensure the business continuity through opportunity development, offer preparation, contract negotiation and finalization. Ensure all status updates and competitive feedback are accurately tracked. Timely maintain the data quality for pipelines and order intake forecast.
- Market analysis: collect the market information: market drivers and trends, competitor landscape and business outlook. Prepare and provide management team with the up to-date market intelligence.
- Customer relations: develop appropriate relationships with customers and key accounts. Act as the front-end interface for customer’s input, feedback, questions, and issues.
- Perform tasks and reports as assigned by management.
You’d describe yourself as
- Education: degree in Electrical engineering or related areas. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be additional advantage. Exposured and detailed knowledge of electrification and automation (MV/LV Products/Systems, Transformer, Bus-duct and Protection & Automation products, SCADA systems… ). Knowledge of contract/tender, finance and project management as well as the business acumen
- Computer skills: Proficient with MS Office.
- Presentation & negotiation skills
- Foreign language: fluent speaking & writing English.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
